RECIPE – Goat’s cheese & cranberry on sourdough

Very simple but amazingly tasty.

You won’t believe the flavour combination until you try it – I highly recommend you try it.


  • Sourdough bread – thick cut
  • Cranberry jam/sauce (My comment: There was also a jar of whole jellied cranberries, but that contained 1% less fruit – I always go for the highest fruit %)
  • Goat’s cheese – whatever is your fave (I used marinated goat’s cheese)
  • Rocket leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar (I used a caramelised balsamic, but any will do)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 150
  2. Layer cranberry jam onto your sourdough
  3. Layer chunks of goat’s cheese on top
  4. Stick in oven for about 10 mins or until bread is heated through
  5. Top with rocket leave & drizzle over extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar
