RECIPE – Tetsuya’s Oysters with Rice Wine Vinaigrette
This is an insanely easy & insanely tasty recipe by Tetsuya.

Ingredients:
- 12 shucked Oysters
- 1 teaspoon ginger – finely grated
- 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoons castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 2 tablesoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chives – finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons roe (My comment: supposed to be trout, I could only find salmon)
Method:
- Mix in everything from ginger to lemon juice
- Spoon the vinaigrette over the oysters & garnish with chives & roe
