RECIPE – Tetsuya’s Oysters with Rice Wine Vinaigrette

This is an insanely easy & insanely tasty recipe by Tetsuya.

  • 12 shucked Oysters
  • 1 teaspoon ginger – finely grated
  • 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegarSAM_0099
  • 1 teaspoons castor sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablesoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Chives – finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons roe (My comment: supposed to be trout, I could only find salmon) SAM_0103


  1. Mix in everything from ginger to lemon juice
  2. Spoon the vinaigrette over the oysters & garnish with chives & roe
